We receive, collect and store the information you provide to us to be used in the provision of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery.  Specifically, we collect:

• Title, first name, surname, postal address, email address(es), telephone numbers; the same such details for individuals you have authorised to act on your pet’s behalf in lieu of yourself

 

This information is used to allow us to register you as clients of Waterside Vets in our Practice Management System (PMS).  Using this information we can contact you by telephone, post or email to facilitate the booking, cancelling or moving of appointments, consultations and meetings, to discuss results of diagnostic tests and third party results such as pathology reports, to answer questions you ask of Waterside Vets via face-to-face in practice, website, social media and contact apps such as PetsApp.
