Paddy & Rosie
Founder, Nurse & Practice Director
Rosie has worked in the veterinary industry for over 12 years and qualified as an RVN in 2016. Since then she has worked in array of fields including general practice, emergency and critical care, management and referral. Rosie completed her emergency and critical care certificate in 2020 and following this has been published in a prestigious veterinary magazine on the subject of diabetes.
Founder, Vet & Clinical Director
Paddy spent his early adult life in the RAF as an Air Loadmaster until he realised his dream of becoming a veterinary surgeon and qualified in 2017. Since then he has worked in various clinics in both general practice and in emergency and critical care. His specific interests include surgery and management. In his spare time Paddy enjoys spending time with his children, walking the dogs and watching sports.
Rebecca Baron RVN NCert(AnBeh)
Rebecca has been a nurse for over 11 years and has worked in a mixture general practice and referral hospitals both in the UK and abroad. Rebecca rescued her Pomerian Teddy from Bermuda when she worked there. She also has an elderley terrier called Angus. Rebecca holds a certificate in animal behaviour and has a passion for patient care.
Eliza is our first full-time veterinary receptionist and is new to the role. She has always lived in St Neots and worked in customer service management before joining our team. She is pictured here with her dog Lottie but also has a tortoise called Henrietta.
Susie is a part-time receptionist and although new to the role has over 20 years of customer service experience. She lives in St Neots with her husband, 3 sons and 2 dogs Marley and Bonny (pictured above). In her spare time Susie loves spending time with family and friends, going for meals and walking the dogs.
Elsie has been working as a VCA for 2 years and holds a level 2 Diploma in Veterinary Care. Elsie started her veterinary nursing qualification in Jan '24. She loves caring for all animals and has a particular soft spot for our feline friends. She has 2 cats, Mittens (pictured above) and Kyra.
Elsa Milner MA VetMB MRCVS
Elsa is a very experienced general practice. She has also worked at Worked Green Animal Shelter for many years and loves to help teach the generation of vets. She has 2 cats and a dog (all rescues) and is pictured here with Skittles. She likes spending time with her family and fitness training but less enjoys being beaten by her kids at squash. Her Vet claim-to-fame is that she has treated the late Queen's Corgis!

Emma will be joining us in Spring '24.
